PHOTOS: More Halloween Decorations and Jack

More Halloween decorations have arrived at Magic Kingdom. Festive bunting and jack-o’-lanterns now adorn the buildings of Main Street, U.S.A., joining the Town Square scarecrows.

Fall bunting now adorns the Main Street façades. The bunting is orange, yellow, and red. It lines the edges of most of the street’s buildings, including City Hall, the car barn, and the Emporium.

Atop City Hall is a pumpkin carved with a restrooms sign and arrow — unfortunately, this is the wrong spot for the pumpkin.

Right now, the arrow points away from the restrooms. It should be atop the firehouse.

There is also bunting hanging around the patio of Tony’s Town Square Restaurant.

Jack-o’-lanterns sit on several awnings and balconies.

Some of them just have jack-o’-lantern faces, but some are themed. A snowman jack-o’-lantern is above the Main Street Confectionery.

Bunting hangs from the marquee of the Main Street Cinema.

The jack-o’-lantern at the top of the marquee is carved with a film strip.

Bunting hangs from each tier of the Disney Clothiers façade.

More bunting can be found down Center Street, an offshoot of Main Street.

A pumpkin on a balcony down here is carved with a house.

The pumpkins above the House of Magic façade have magic-themed carvings, like a wand, crystal ball, and top hat.

Above the Plaza Ice Cream Parlor are pumpkins carved with ice cream.

And Casey’s Corner has pumpkins carved with food like French fries.

The Halloween season officially kicks off on August 11 with the start of Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party.

Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party is an after-hours, hard-ticket event at Magic Kingdom on the following dates:

Halloween night is sold out.

Entertainment includes Mickey’s Boo-To-You Halloween Parade, the Hocus Pocus Villain Spelltacular, and Disney’s Not-So-Spooky Spectacular.

The parade is performed twice nightly, weather permitting, and is usually preceded by the Headless Horseman riding through the Park. It features Disney Villains, Haunted Mansion characters, Mickey & Friends, and more. This year, Minnie, Daisy, and Clarabelle will appear in the parade as the Sanderson Sisters of “Hocus Pocus.” They debuted the looks at Disneyland Resort and on Disney Cruise Line last year.

Max Goof will return to host pop-up Powerline parties throughout Magic Kingdom, as well as reprise his dance show on Main Street, U.S.A. ahead of Mickey’s Boo-to-You Halloween Parade.

The real Sanderson Sisters host Hocus Pocus Villain Spelltacular as they create a special party potion with help from “frightful friends.”

And Jack Skellington from “The Nightmare Before Christmas” hosts Disney’s Not-So-Spooky Spectacular, the nighttime fireworks and projection show also featuring Mickey & Friends.

Other new entertainment includes a “spirited pirate band and their crew” performing sea shanties in Adventureland. The Dapper Dans usually become the Cadaver Dans during Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party and perform in Frontierland.
